Villa Lucrezia, a charming late 19th-century property, tastefully restored by the owners, on a hill overlooking Alba. Positioned on the crest that divides the Langhe and Roero hills, the property grants unparalleled views of both territories. It consists of three comfortable independent apartments, capable of accommodating different types of travelers. The location of the estate allows you to spend your many desired vacations in complete peace and tranquillity.

The Apartments

The estate has been finely renovated and refurnished in an elegant, contemporary style.
At your disposal, there are three wonderful apartments, each fully equipped with a kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning, internet connection, and they are ideal to accommodate couples or families.

Holiday home rules

  1. Each guest must provide a valid ID document (ID card/passport)
  2. Please respect the check-in and check-out hours
  3. Do not make any noise during quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM
  4. No smoking inside the property
  5. Pets are not allowed
  6. No strangers and/or unregistered persons are allowed
  7. Parties are not permitted
  8. Please notify in case of any damage or incidents to the property. The owner reserves the right to inspect the apartment upon prior notice and, in any case, during check-out

Cancellation policies

For a full refund, cancellation must be carried out at least 7 days before the check-in date.

If you make a cancellation within 7 days of the start of your stay, you will have to pay an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of the reservation
